헤드비갤러리는 동시대 미술의 새로운 가능성을 제시할 깊이 있는 시선, 독창적인 세계관을 가진 작가를 찾습니다. 예술에 대한 열정을 바탕으로 고유한 탐구를 이어가는 역량 있는 작가들의 참여를 기다립니다. 예술적 소통을 함께 이어갈 작가분들의 많은 관심과 지원 바랍니다.

1. 지원 자격 : 나이, 국적, 제한 없음, 현재 전속 갤러리 없이 활동 중인 작가

2. 모집 부문 : 회화, 조각, 사진, 미디어아트, 설치 등 시각예술 전 장르 

3. 작가 지원 사항

① 헤드비갤러리 기획전 참여 (2027년 1월 6일 - 2월 20일)

② 전시 홍보 지원 (포스터, 엽서 제작, 언론, 웹사이트, SNS 홍보 등)

[우수 작가 대상 추가 지원]

① 현대백화점 무역센터점 H. art LAB 전시 기회 제공

② 기획의도에 따라 국내 및 해외 아트페어 참가 기회 제공

4. 접수 기간 : 2026년 9월 8일 (화) - 10월 12일 (월) 24:00 마감

7. 심사일정

- 1차 서류심사 후 개별 통보 : 2026년 10월 20일 (화) 이후

- 2차 실물심사 및 인터뷰: 2026년 10월 21일 (수) - 26년 11월 14일 (토)

- 최종 합격자 발표: 2026년 11월 24일 (화)

HEDWIG Gallery is seeking artists with distinctive artistic visions and insightful perspectives that explore new possibilities in contemporary art. We invite applications from artists who are passionate about developing their own artistic practice through original inquiry. We look forward to engaging in meaningful artistic dialogue with the artists selected through this open call.

1. Eligibility: Open to artists of all ages and nationalities who are not currently under exclusive representation by another gallery.

2. Categories: All visual art disciplines, including painting, sculpture, photography, media art, installation, and other visual art practices.

3. Selected Artist Benefits

① Participation in a curated exhibition at HEDWIG Gallery (January 6 – February 20, 2027)

② Exhibition promotion, including posters, invitation cards, press coverage, website, and social media promotion

[Additional Opportunities for Outstanding Artists]

① Opportunity to exhibit at H. art LAB at Hyundai Department Store Trade Center Branch

② Opportunity to participate in domestic and international art fairs based on curatorial planning

4. Application Period: September 8 (Tue) – October 12 (Mon), 2026

6. Required Documents

① Application Form & Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information (required form)

- At least 15 images of artworks created within the past three years

- For painting applicants, the portfolio must include at least one large-scale painting

- A current CV, artist statement, and descriptions of the submitted works

③ Five (5) representative artwork image files (JPG)

* File naming format: Artist Name, Title, Dimensions, Medium, Year

7. Selection Schedule

- First-round document review: Individual notifications after October 20 (Tue), 2026

- Second-round in-person artwork review and interview: October 21 (Wed) – November 14 (Sat), 2026

- Final results announcement: November 24 (Tue), 2026

* HEDWIG Gallery reserves the right not to select any applicants if no suitable candidates are identified.
